Q. What are the required documents needed to start the program?
A.
  • A COPY of your Driver's License (or state ID).
  • A COPY of any two bills or statements that show your name and mailing address.
  • A COPY of any two of the documents listed below that verify your Social Security Number (SSN).
       (a) Social Security Card
       (b) Pay Stub or Statement
       (c) Military ID
       (d) 1099 Form
       (e) W-2 Form (not 1040 or actual tax return)

    Q. How long does the program take on average?
    A. The average time frame depends on how many negative and derogatory items there are to be removed. The credit bureaus can take anywhere from two to four weeks to respond to us contesting negatives on your behalf. Most likely, there will be instances where a couple of passes will be necessary to successfully remove those items. Overall, the average time frame will be approximately two to five months.
     
    Q. What is the cost of this Credit Repair Program?
    A. Our fee is a flat fee of $695.00. It doesn't matter how many negative and derogatory items there are to be removed or how long we work on your file. There are NO additional costs whatsoever.
     
    Q. Will I be updated periodically on the progress of my credit repair program?
    A. Absolutely. You will receive updates from ALL three credit bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion and Experian) as we successfully remove negative items from your credit report. These updates are mailed to your physical mailing address from the credit bureaus. When you receive all three updates, it is your responsibility to make copies of those documents (for your own records) and mail the originals to our Corporate Office Processing Center at:

    Q. Are there any guarantees?
    A. We guarantee the permanent removal of most, if not all negative items from your credit report as well as a substantial increase in your credit score or your money back.
     
    Q. Can I scan the Application and Required Documents and send them to you?
    A. Yes, you may scan the Application and Required Documents to us at info@ScoreRestore.org. When you receive the updates from the credit bureaus, the original documents must be mailed to the Credit Repair Processing Center.
     
    Q. Will this erase my debts?
    A. Absolutely not. All we can do is restore your credit so that you can use it again. If we remove an item, it won't show on your credit report. However, you still owe the debt to the creditor. We strongly advise people to pay their debts.
